Alisha Gray has been at Orgill for over 16 years. She initially started as a temporary employee working as an International Credit Assistant, after moving to Tennessee from Wisconsin. From that initial assignment, she has been quietly and enthusiastically applying her skills, advancing through the ranks of Hotel Coordinator, Vendor Funds Auditor, and now the Purchasing Manager for the Home Products Department.

During her formative years, Alisha prepared herself for additional responsibilities and advancements. She earned her Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master’s in Business Administration from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Business Administration at Liberty University.

Socially, Alisha is equally dedicated to encouraging and empowering those around her and the community. Alisha is an active member of the Women at Orgill Employee Resource Group (ERG), Orgill United ERG, and the employee activity committee at Orgill. In the community, Alisha is active in Key Volunteers at the Air National Guard base in Memphis and recently became a member of the Junior League of Memphis. Alisha is a highly active member of her church family, serving as a member of the Praise Team, a youth volunteer, and has previously served as Café leader and a member of the street ministry.

Alisha is married to Rob and they have 3 children: a daughter who has a bachelor’s from Sullivan University, Lexington, KY; a second daughter that recently graduated from high school, and a son who is entering high school in the fall.

Alisha enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends, playing softball, bowling, volleyball, kickball, and traveling.
