Sadie Hammond is the Director of Organizational Development of Hammond Lumber Company. In her role, she facilitates employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, focuses on creating a strong company culture, and collaborates with the senior leadership team on strategic planning. She also focuses on special projects, marketing, and communications. Sadie is proud to be the fourth-generation of the family business working alongside three other generations – her grandfather, father, and sister.

Prior to joining Hammond Lumber Company in 2019, Sadie graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management with a collateral in Accounting & Finance. Also during her time at the University of Tennessee, she was on the Women’s Tennis team where she was team captain, received numerous SEC honors and accolades, and achieved NCAA All-American status. She was also a part of the VOLeaders Academy and served on UT’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Retail Lumber Dealers Association of Maine, the North American Young Lumber Employees Board, and the LMC Aspiring Leaders Committee.
