An industry veteran for more than 26 years, Monk’s career began purchasing for a large retail chain before accepting a position in Hardware at LMC. After two years, she was promoted to Marketing Manager, then Director of Marketing, and recently was promoted to VP of Marketing. During her tenure, she built a department with a strong marketing team offering services that support LMC and the entire membership. She is most proud of her work rebranding LMC several years ago and working with the next-gen leaders across the LMC membership. Today she is a proud member of Chief, determined to help other women move up the ladder and be part of a nurturing network supporting diversity.
