Emily Morgan is the President and CEO of Ashby Lumber and the 3rd generation in her family to run Ashby Lumber. She was promoted to CEO in 2019 after 15 years of working in the industry and has held just about every job at Ashby Lumber including IT, sales manager, and business development.
She currently serves on the board of the West Coast Lumber and Building Materials association and is passionate about company culture, employee growth & development, and technology. She believes that if you take great care of your employees, they will take great care of your customers.
