Lindsey DiGangi is Vice President of Field Operations and Marketing at Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (PLM). She has 12 years of insurance experience working at PLM, starting as an intern, and holding various roles across the organization.
Her focus now is leading the field operations with a concentration on driving profitable growth through process improvement and enhanced customer relationships. In her previous role as AVP of Marketing, she modernized PLM’s marketing efforts to meet the needs of customers today and in the future. Since joining PLM, Lindsey has also been involved in all merger and acquisition activity for company. She is a champion of PLM’s ongoing Net Promoter Score (NPS) efforts and is the co-chair of NPS Analytics Committee.
Lindsey has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University and recently completed an executive MBA program from Villanova University with honors. She holds several insurance designations as well as her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Lindsey is active in both the wood and insurance industries as a board member and committee member of multiple associations and recently joined the president’s advisory council of Cristo Rey High School. She has previously been named a Rising Star for HBS Dealer’s Top Women in Hardware and Building Supply, LBM Journal 40 under 40 recipient, Insurance Business America’s Rising Star, and American Property Casualty Insurance Association Emerging Leader.
